Authority Should Govern Capability.
Building provider-neutral governance infrastructure for accountable AI execution and independently inspectable evidence.

The Problem
Capability is not authorization.
Increasingly capable AI systems can perform consequential tasks across models, tools, and environments. Technical capability alone does not establish authorization.
Organizations need clearer ways to define permitted operations, govern execution boundaries, and examine evidence of what occurred.

Authority-Bound AI Execution Governance
RYMCOR is an early-stage, provider-neutral governance runtime focused on explicit task authority, model-invocation admission, governance decisions, and reviewable execution records.

How RYMCOR Is Designed to Work
-
01
Human-Authorized Missions
Translate human-approved missions into explicit, checkable execution boundaries.
-
02
Governed Model Invocation
Check proposed model calls against approved authority before permitting an execution attempt.
-
03
Explicit Governance Outcomes
Record defined execution and validation outcomes, including failures and post-effect quarantine.
-
04
Reviewable Execution Evidence
Produce linked evidence that supports independent review of governed execution.
RYMCOR is in active Alpha development. These capabilities are being developed and validated through controlled, deterministic testing; production-wide enforcement and complete evidence coverage are not yet claimed.
RYMCOR is not generally available. It is not offered as a product or service at this stage.
COR Proof™ · Open Source
Structured Claims. Supporting Evidence. Inspectable Validation.
COR Proof (Chain-of-Reasoning Proof) is an open-source specification for representing reasoning as a structured artifact: a claim, the evidence declared to support it, explicit assumptions, and the reasoning steps that connect them, checked against a published JSON Schema.
The current release specifies Level 1, the universal structure layer. The format is model-agnostic and licensed under Apache 2.0.
Structure, not truth
COR Proof validates that reasoning is structured and inspectable. Passing validation does not establish that a claim is factually true. That judgment stays with people and with the evidence.
Our Direction
Research and validation first.
Our research explores AI governance, agent security, multi-model infrastructure, delegated authority, and evidence interoperability.
We are pursuing technical validation and potential research and industry collaborations.
